To improve sustainable employability Vodafone-Ziggo started using the Laevo V2.5 for their technicians. Six technicians faced daily challenges due to their physically demanding tasks, involving frequent bending and working in cramped spaces. Our goal was simple: to make their work more enjoyable and reduce absenteeism rates. The results were promising. Within just 75 days of using the Laevo V2.5, the absenteeism decreased by 33%. But the impact goes beyond mere numbers. Three technicians were able to return to full-time work, reclaiming their happiness and productivity. Moreover, the cost savings from reduced absenteeism meant that the investment in six exoskeletons paid off in just three months.
